Design
WAVE prides itself in finding ways to design the perfect system for your team. We are in no way a one size fits all frame. Our degreed engineers and acousticians take many factors in mind when they design a system. With both ministry context and physical science in mind, The WAVE Engineering team designs a system including Audio, Video, Lighting, Acoustics, and specific custom designed pieces to create the perfect environment for your ministry.

Burn-In & Custom Shop
Our development team takes great pride in making sure your products are properly burned-in and tested and your project is laid out meticulously. Each piece spends time in WAVE’s burn-in room before it ever hits your project site. Detail is at the front of their priorities all the way down to the custom rack plates and floor boxes.
Our goal is for you to see and feel the amount of detail and care that has been put in to every piece of equipment we touch. Your ministry is our priority.

Install
Once a project design is agreed upon, the Project Management Team immediately engages in the process. Their job is to make sure that your project is completed on time and in budget. They work very closely with our Lead Installer and his team to make sure that all details are covered. In all projects, there are bumps in the road. Communication and the ability to think strategically through tough situations is what makes these teams great.
The WAVE installers and Project Managers do whatever needs to be done to see the project through to completion. Our teams are trained and commissioned to keep the church’s ministry their top priority.

SURFER
WAVE’s highest priorities have always centered around service and design. Although WAVE and its offerings have grown, those two priorities have not changed. In a church culture where the use of technology is growing faster than the budget for staff to support it, there must be a process in place that gives both staff and volunteers the confidence to believe that they aren’t in this alone.
Introducing SURFER. SURFER is WAVE’s remote access and system monitoring network. SURFER gives both clients and the WAVE – Technical Services Team the advantage of analyzing all aspects of IP addressable technology for performance, connectivity, and system changes from any location. The SURFER network combined with WAVE’s FLEX product line will allow for peace of mind, real time diagnostics and rapid response to technical issues. The Pastoral staff should not need to worry about technical systems operation while creating an unforgettable experience for someone to connect with God. SURFER was created so you can do what you do best and avoid worrying about technical problems.
